How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the Calendly link.
You choose a time that works for you, either in person in Brussels or online.


How does a session work?

Each session starts from something real you’ve experienced recently.

We slow things down, bring attention to the body, and explore both the mental (thoughts, beliefs, interpretations) and the somatic (sensations, emotions).

Through precise questioning, we uncover automatic patterns and deeper mechanisms — often beyond the initial situation.

The pace is continuously adjusted so you stay within a sense of safety, with time at the end for integration.


What can I expect from the first sessions?

The first sessions help establish a safe framework and develop a new quality of attention to what’s happening within you.

You’ll gradually learn to recognize your reactions, understand the links between body, emotions and beliefs, and access deeper layers of your experience.

Who is this for?

Do I need to feel bad to start?

No. Many people come with a simple desire to explore, understand themselves better, or move beyond limiting patterns.


Are sessions in person or online?

Both are possible: in Brussels or online.
Online sessions offer the same quality of work.


What are the fees?

Individual sessions are €85 - duration 60 minutes.
Couple sessions are €160 - duration 60 to 90 minutes.

Adjustments or different formats can be discussed depending on your situation — we can talk about it during the exploratory call.


What if I don’t know where to start?

That’s often exactly where people begin. You don’t need to prepare anything — we simply start from what’s present for you, here and now.


What if I’ve already tried other approaches
without success?

That’s very common.
